Cancellation And Refund Policy

1. Overview of Changes and Cancellations

All changes, cancellations, and refund requests must be submitted directly through our customer support channels. Because travel inventories are subject to strict supplier guidelines, please review the standard scenarios below:

  • Client-Initiated Changes: Requests for name corrections, date changes, or route adjustments are subject to supplier change fees plus applicable Baltic Pulse service fees, and depend entirely on seat/fare availability.
  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: Full cancellations of confirmed bookings are subject to supplier cancellation penalties and agency service charges. Any remaining balance will be refunded according to the supplier's rules.
  • Supplier-Initiated Cancellations: In the event that an airline cancels a flight or a supplier closes services, you are typically entitled to a full refund of the supplier charges. Baltic Pulse agency booking fees are non-refundable.
  • Involuntary Schedule Changes: If an airline significantly alters schedule timings or reroutes your journey, you may be eligible to accept the alternative or request a full refund of the airline portion as permitted by carrier policy.
  • No-Show Bookings: Failure to utilize a booked service without prior formal cancellation typically results in a zero-refund outcome per strict supplier no-show guidelines.

2. Agency Service Fees

Baltic Pulse charges non-refundable service fees for booking, ticketing, and post-ticketing support assistance. These agency service fees cover our operational costs and expert assistance. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, agency service fees are fully non-refundable under all cancellation scenarios, including airline-initiated cancellations or schedule changes.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Where a refund is authorized and due under supplier terms:

  • Refund requests are processed back to the original form of payment used during the initial transaction.
  • Airlines and major travel suppliers typically process refunds within 7 to 20 business days. Hotel and ground transfer suppliers may require 5 to 10 business days.
  • Baltic Pulse has no direct control over banking institutions or supplier processing delays once a refund request has been submitted to the provider.
